2011-2012 Tuition Rates

• ½ DAY INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS
• $155 / month = 2 Days a Week ½ Day Preschool
  (Tuesdays & Thursdays Only)
• $195 / month = 3 Days a Week ½ Day Preschool
  (Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays Only)
• $300 / month = 5 Days a Week ½ Day Pre-Kindergarten

Food Program

• Our Food Program includes 1 morning snack, lunch, and 2 afternoon snacks.
• Nutritious lunches and snacks are prepared by our cook each day. A supplemental snack is offered at 530pm. USDA food guidelines are followed. The food service is considered to be both a time of meeting nutritional requirements and learning good social manners.
• A weekly menu is posted in the lobby and copies are available for parents. Snack and lunch times are posted as well.
• Children with special dietary requirements or food allergies will be included in our Specialized Food Service Plan. This plan is developed in coordination with the child’s parents and the staff of CCA.
• Our Food Program is already included in the Full Time Childcare Tuition Rates but can also be purchased on a daily basis if ordered a month in advance.
• Food Program Daily Rates = $4.00/day
• To sign up for our Food Program by the day, a list of dates/days desired must be turned into the Preschool Office and/or your child’s teacher no later than the 22nd of the month preceding the month you are desiring this service.
  All payments must be made in CASH no later than the 22nd of the month preceding the month you are requesting this food service (no checks or credit cards accepted).
• No refunds or pro-rated amounts are given for holidays, absences, vacations, etc. For excused absences only, a credit may be applied to your account.

Field Trip Fees

Field trip fees are collected prior to each individual class trip and will vary depending on destination and costs.
